Job summary

A leading construction company in Malaysia is seeking a MEP Supervisor to oversee the execution of MEP trades as directed by the M&E Manager. The ideal candidate must have a diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering and at least 3 years of relevant experience in building construction projects. Responsibilities include ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, monitoring site activities, and preparing progress reports. Experience in Data Center construction is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of relevant MEP experience in building construction projects.
• Experience in Data Center construction is a plus.
• Familiar with local regulations and codes of practice.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the execution of assigned MEP trades ensuring compliance with standards.
• Monitor site activities to ensure progress and safety.
• Prepare and submit progress reports and attend coordination meetings.

Skills

Mechanical/Electrical Engineering knowledge

Site monitoring and safety compliance

Technical knowledge in ACMV/BMS systems

Education

Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or equivalent
