Responsibilities

• Involve in purchasing activities including issue Purchase Order and Purchase Requisition.
• Follow up with supplier to ensure timely delivery of goods ordered.
• Update SAP MRP database to ensure accurate info.
• Review safety stock decisions and update on usage evolution.
• Involve in supplier selection and evaluation process.
• Monitor commodity to ensure sufficient stock.
• Maintain records of purchases and suppliers information.
• Liaise with shipping department on materials import shipment.
• Coordinate with finance for invoicing issues.
• Carry out other duties as directed by Management.
