Qualifications

• 1 - 2 years of experience in a BPO environment preferably Retail/CPG Industry.
• Hands-on experience in working on Order to Cash process.
• Experience in working on ERP systems i.e. SAP.

Responsibilities

• Manage Service Performance Review.
• Support monthly or yearly audit testing by providing all relevant documentations.
• Manage/monitor query resolution related to Master Data.
• Participate in UAT as when needed.
• Assist in developing and implementing process improvements to meet business goals.
