The Job

Drive global marketing strategies to expand into new markets, regions, and customer segments, including support for new product introductions

Strengthen brand visibility and market presence through data-driven campaigns, customer insights, and continuous refinement aligned with customer needs

Identify and assess new market opportunities, including market entry strategies and growth potential

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute integrated multi-channel marketing strategies (digital, social media, PR, exhibitions, roadshows, events, email marketing) to support business growth
  • Lead the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, working closely with operations teams, agencies, and designers to develop effective sales tools and promotions
  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer insights to support positioning and messaging
  • Track, analyse, and report marketing performance, including campaign effectiveness, sales impact, and ROI
The Candidate
  • Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, Mass Communications, Advertising, Business Administration, or related disciplines
  • At least 3 years of solid marketing experience is a MUST
  • Strong business acumen with high sensitivity to market trends and customer behaviour
  • Dynamic, results-oriented, with good leadership and stakeholder management skills
  • Computer literate with good spoken and written English; Mandarin is an added advantage
  • Possess own transport and willing to travel outstation
