Senior Marketing Executive cum Nutritionist

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and implementing the company's marketing plans.
• Developing and managing project timelines to ensure timely product launches.
• Planning and executing product launches in collaboration with sales and marketing teams.
• Have interest in copywriting, content creation.
• Manage and create social media content (text, feed cover pictures, videos) for various digital platforms to build brand awareness and lead generation.
• Assist creating persuasive, clear, and compelling content for marketing collateral such as brochures, videos, and more.
• Conduct product training to internal team and external parties including distributors & retailers to improve product recommendation and selling.
• Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly and effectively using WhatsApp, email, and phone calls.
• Responsible for documenting customers' needs, communicating, and liaising with all relevant department heads to ensure customer requirements are understood and fulfilled.
• Maintain good customer relationships and satisfaction by providing timely responses.
• Monitor updates on inventory lists and delivery timetables to ensure smooth operations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Possess a Bachelor's Degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or any other Science-related background.
• Highly proficient in spoken and written English. Being able to write in Malay and Mandarin is an advantage. This role is required to communicate with customers who speak and write in Mandarin.
• Detail-oriented, analytical, an able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Good attitude coupled with the willingness to learn and adapt.
• Willing to work during evenings, weekends, and holidays when there is special events.
• Willing to work at Sungai Pelek, Sepang.
