Identify, plan, and implement partnership opportunities and marketing collaborations to strengthen brand visibility and engagement.
Prioritize high-impact, ethical channels to align with company objectives and values.
Partner with retail teams to design and execute in-store promotions, product demos, and educational initiatives.
Lead the planning and delivery of events, roadshows, and consumer activations to boost market presence and engagement.
Collaborate with internal creative teams and external agencies to develop campaign materials, including visuals, multimedia, and messaging that meet marketing goals.
Ensure all campaigns align with brand standards and resonate with target audiences.
Plan, implement, and monitor content strategies for digital channels including XiaoHongShu (XHS) and other platforms to maximize engagement and conversions.
Stay informed on digital and social media trends, adapting strategies to maintain relevance and effectiveness.
Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activity, and consumer behavior to guide marketing decisions.
Transform insights into actionable strategies that enhance brand positioning and campaign effectiveness.
Support management with ad hoc marketing initiatives or projects as needed to meet broader business goals.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
Minimum 2-3 years of marketing experience, preferably in FMCG, baby care, or lifestyle products.
Demonstrated success in planning and executing marketing campaigns and events.
Strong project management, organization, and multitasking abilities.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
Strong command of Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia (written & spoken). We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
