Senior Marketing Executive

Skyline Luge Kuala Lumpur is the first Luge Park in Malaysia and forms part of the Skyline Enterprises tourism group. Located in Gamuda Luge Gardens Rawang, Selangor the park offers a range of signature attractions, including the Skyline Skyride, the Luge Ride, and HyFly (Zipline), delivering unique adventure and outdoor recreational experiences for guests of all ages.

Skyline Enterprises, the New Zealand–based parent company, has a long‑standing legacy as a tourism pioneer, with operations dating back to the 1960s and a global presence across multiple iconic destinations.

Role Description

The Senior Marketing Executive supports the planning and execution of marketing initiatives that strengthen brand awareness, drive consideration and contribute to revenue growth. The role works cross‑functionally to ensure campaigns are delivered on time, aligned with brand direction and optimised for performance.

Duties and Responsibilities
Project Management
  • Oversee timelines, stakeholder coordination for all marketing projects.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Operation and maintenance to ensure smooth execution of campaigns and initiative.
  • Track campaign KPIs, consolidate performance reports and recommend optimisation opportunities.
  • Coordinate internal approvals, documentation, budget tracking and vendor management.
Social Media & PR
  • Act as the main liaison with appointed agencies to support social media planning, content calendars, and asset rollout.
  • Coordinate influencer and KOL partnerships, including content briefs, shoots, deliverables, and performance tracking.
  • Maintain and organise the digital content library, ensuring proper naming conventions, version control, and regular refresh of imagery and assets to keep content relevant and evergreen.
In-Park Marketing
  • Plan and execute onsite activations, festive décor and micro-events to enhance the guest experience.
  • Manage in‑park promotions, signage, wayfinding and visual materials including tracking, maintenance and periodic refresh to ensure relevance and visual impact.
  • Work closely with Operations to ensure proper installation, placement, safety and compliance of all in‑park marketing materials.
Cross‑Functional Support
  • Coordinate assets, timelines and partner requirements with internal stakeholders.
  • Work with external agencies and vendors for production, printing, installations and event deliverables.
  • Compile reports, track KPIs and provide insights to improve campaign performance.
General Marketing
  • Deliver ATL, BTL and in‑park campaigns across digital, outdoor and on‑ground channels.
  • Support creative development, asset localisation and production.
  • Execute seasonal campaigns, school holiday initiatives and tactical promotions.
  • Manage collaterals, POSM, branding and onsite marketing materials.
Requirements
  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related discipline.
  • 3–5 years of marketing experience (attractions, tourism or lifestyle preferred).
  • Strong project management, organisation and multitasking capabilities.
  • Good understanding of social media, campaign execution and creative quality.
  • Able to work in a fast‑paced environment, including weekends during peak periods.
  • Based in Rawang, Selangor.
