Job Scope:
1. Customer Journey Mapping:
- Analyze and understand the customer journey to identify touchpoints for improvement.
- Develop comprehensive customer journey maps to enhance overall experience.
2. Brand Experience Strategy:
- Contribute to the development of a brand experience strategy aligned with the company’s vision.
- Implement initiatives to strengthen the emotional connection between the brand and customers.
3. Communication and Engagement:
- Create engaging content and messaging that resonates with the target audience.
- Develop and implement communication strategies to enhance customer engagement.
- Managing the marketing database and email distribution.
- Drafting marketing materials such as newsletters and posters.
- Create and manage marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital and print.
4. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Collaborate with different departments, including sales, operation, customer support, designers, and vendors to ensure a seamless customer experience.
5. Events and Experiences:
- Plan and execute events or experiences that contribute to a positive brand perception.
- Ensure that events align with the overall brand experience, project timeline, and budget.
6. Customer Loyalty Programs:
- Implement and manage customer loyalty programs to retain existing customers and acquire new leads.
- Monitor program effectiveness and suggest improvements.
7. Data Analysis:
- Utilize customer data and analytics tools to gain insights into customer behaviour.
- Make data-driven recommendations for enhancing customer satisfaction.
8. Any ad-hoc task assigned by the Superior.
Job Requirement:
- Must have minimum 3 years of work experience in CRM and/or marketing roles.
- Bachelor's Degree in Mass Communications, Marketing, or any related field.
- Strong knowledge and experience in areas affecting the industry (market trends, tech-savvy, etc.).
- Well-versed with CRM tools.
- Passionate about retail industry and have a good understanding of the (niche) luxury market.
- Skilled in visual content design is an advantage.
- Meticulous and highly attentive to details.
- Independent with ability in multi-tasking.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in the English language. Mandarin and Bahasa Melayu will be an added advantage.
