Job description
CRM Campaigns
  • a. Plan and execute data-driven CRM campaigns to enhance customer experience and increase loyalty and membership growth.
  • b. Segment customer database based on insights and behavior to deliver targeted messaging.
  • c. Propose and support improvements to CRM systems and workflows for better efficiency and tracking.
  • d. Monitor campaign performance and make adjustments to optimize CRM ROI.
2. Offline Marketing Campaigns
  • a. Work with colleagues to create sizzling seasonal LTO promotions that drive sales and hit those profitability goals.
  • b. Partner with branding for tasty creative assets and POSM materials that bring the campaign to life.
  • c. Coordinate with operations to make sure every promotional detail is served to perfection.
  • d. Maximize on-site customer engagement during events and track the success of each campaign, optimizing for the best response and ROI!
Merchandise Sales
  • a. Keep the merchandise sales flowing, ensuring product displays are fresh, promotions are hot, and inventory is stocked just right.
  • b. Spice up FMCG sales with exciting incentive programs, teaming up with HR and operations for the perfect blend.
  • c. Work with branding to launch new products and make sure they’re seamlessly integrated into the outlet menu.
4. Delivery Platforms
  • a. Plan and deliver mouth-watering campaigns across delivery platforms that get customers craving your brand.
  • b. Optimize special menu items to boost brand awareness, customer acquisition, and sales.
