Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Support Supply Chain Division in timely issuance of parts.
  • Ensure parts received are in good condition and stored properly.
  • Responsible for the overall operations of the warehouse.
  • Conduct Daily Stand up (DSU) meetings to discuss performance and operational issues.
  • Responsible for ensuring inventory is kept at optimum level.

Responsibilities

Support Supply Chain Division in timely issuance of parts as requested by Engineering & Facilities Division. Ensure parts received are in good condition, correct item code, and stored in a warehouse that meets quality standards.

Support inventory management by efficient parts management and provisioning to guarantee parts availability, accurate inventory values, and optimal stock levels.

Organizational Development
  • Maintain a conducive working environment that promotes teamwork within the cooperative and a favorable image of the cooperative.
  • Develop the potential future managers by mentoring and enrichment.
Warehouse Operations
  • Institute immediate corrective action in the event of any inventory discrepancy.
  • Responsible for the overall operations of the warehouse by ensuring the effective use of pooled resources for all work locations.
  • Ensure operational productivity and services are maintained at the targeted level and continuously improved.
  • Take regular stock of the inventory by conducting cycle count on a daily basis and periodically to ensure accuracy of product inventories against system records.
  • Responsible for warehouse safety, security, cleanliness and orderliness of the work environment.
  • Ensuring the warehouse as a safe working place for all users.
  • Conduct Daily Stand up (DSU) meeting with Executives and Team Leaders to discuss previous day’s performance (KPI) on leading and lagging measures and action plans to improve performance as well as daily operational issues.
  • Participate in various Continuous Improvement (CI) initiatives embarked by the company.
  • Responsible to execute the Inventory Clean‑up project as and when required by the company.
Inventory Management
  • Responsible for ensuring inventory is kept at optimum level to support operational requirements.
  • Perform improvement activities for inventory holding reduction.
ERP Responsibilities
  • Process development mapping.
  • Development of Solution Definition Document (SDD).
  • Development of Personalized Features Solution (PFF).
  • Completion of Inventory and Warehouse modules.
  • Creation of test cases.
  • Appointment of ERP Key User and Superuser.
  • Successful Key User Training (KUT) and User Acceptance Test (UAT) for RAMCO base product and final product.
Logistics
  • Transport arrangement for parts delivery and collection.
  • Customs clearance IN and OUT items, import duty and GST for non‑local purchased.
  • Tax exemption approval.
  • Spares for recondition.
Qualifications
  • Tertiary Qualifications in Commercial Degree / Inventory / Supply Chain / Warehouse Management / Procurement / Engineering are essential.
Experience
  • Minimum 7–10 years of progressive inventory/warehouse management experience or another related field.
  • Significant experience in converting business requirements into strategic outcomes.
  • Experience in managing a dynamic and multi‑disciplined team.
  • Experience in managing multiple stakeholder relationships through high level collaboration and negotiation.
