SENIOR MANAGER/MANAGER (PROJECT MANAGEMENT & CORPORATE FINANCE)

Responsibilities

• Cash Management – Supervise all aspects of cash flow management, review and approve cash flow forecasts, monitor cash balances across business units, develop short‑term investment strategies, resolve forecasting discrepancies, and ensure compliance with internal and external best practices.
• Work closely with the Payment team to facilitate seamless execution of payments and fund transfers, oversee cash concentration strategies, and manage inter‑company cash management processes.
• Project Management – Lead treasury‑related projects, provide strategic direction to the Deputy Manager of Project Management, ensure successful execution of financial projects within scope, timeline and budget, and drive enhancements in banking and treasury systems.
• Support the CFO Office by overseeing the injection of KPJ buildings into Al‑Aqar REIT, preparing reports for the Investment Committee, Audit Committee and Board of Directors, and managing board‑approved projects aligned with strategic goals.
• Treasury – Ensure liquidity for working capital needs, manage inter‑company cash transfers, lending, dividends and capital injections, maintain banking relationships, develop treasury forecasts, ensure compliance with internal controls, align treasury requirements with KPJ’s Strategic Plan, recommend financing strategies and obtain KGMC approvals, provide technical support for mergers, acquisitions and special projects, monitor gearing levels, evaluate cash flow and financing benchmarks, manage banking relationships, and implement interest rate risk management.
• Other Responsibilities – Prepare presentations and documentation for special projects.

• A minimum of 10 years experience in a Financial institution and Service Industry.
