A leading manufacturing company in Malaysia is looking for an HR & Admin Manager to lead their operations. The successful candidate will develop strategies, ensure compliance with labor laws, and manage employee relations. An ideal candidate must hold a Bachelor’s Degree and possess at least 8 years of experience in HR at a managerial level. This role involves overseeing recruitment, training, and compliance, ensuring effective HR practices are implemented throughout the organization.
To lead and manage HR & Admin operations, including but not limited to policy development, performance management, strategic workforce planning, adherence to labor laws, and efficient administrative operations in support of business objectives.
