As Senior Manager, Government Affairs & Public Policy - APAC, you will collaborate with all product lines and business operations related to Government relations matters.

Geographic Scope: Broad APAC coverage, including China, Australia, Japan, Korea, and Southeast Asia.

You will be responsible for:
  • Advocating for the company’s interests with APAC governments and international agencies.
  • Assisting in navigating government contracts, domestic product preferences, and compliance requirements.
  • Providing expert guidance to senior management on public policy and regulatory developments.
  • Translating and communicating policy changes and implementation strategies to internal stakeholders.
  • Leading cross‑functional, long‑term initiatives that align with business and policy objectives.
  • Designing, documenting, promoting, and executing strategic programs that support government affairs goals.
Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Have 5+ yr of experience in global government affairs, public policy, or regulatory strategy, ideally in a Fortune 500 or multinational organization.
  • Demonstrate proven track record of leading international teams and engaging with diverse political and regulatory systems.
  • Have deep understanding of APAC policy combined with global geopolitical awareness.
  • Demonstrate good leadership, communication, and relationship‑building skills across cultures and sectors.
  • Have excellent communication and presentation skills including communicating complex content to a range of audiences.
  • Demonstrate ability to operate in a lean, agile environment with high visibility and strategic impact.
  • Be able to travel domestically and internationally as required.
