Responsibilities

• Involve and comment on concept & planning of new product.
• Plan for all sales launches, property exhibitions, promotional events, innovative sales packages and all S&M related activities.
• Monitor cost efficiency of Advertising & Promotion activities.
• Comment on artist impression drawing (AI), scale models, posters, website, video presentation, billboards, etc.
• Monitor market studies and survey compilation on a regular basis.
• Monitor and submit weekly & monthly sales reports, management reports, and monthly sales target status.
• Monitor loan application tracking.
• Conduct regular site visits and branch visits.
