Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
Manage a team of sales professionals, providing coaching, mentoring, and support to ensure they are performing at their best
Build and nurture strong relationships with key dealers, understanding their needs and crafting tailored solutions
Monitor market trends and competitor activity, and adapt sales plans accordingly
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as marketing and product development, to support the overall business objectives
Analyze sales data and provide insights to inform strategic decision-making
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations
Minimum 8 years of experience in a senior sales or account management role, preferably within the automotive industry
Demonstrated track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets
Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence key stakeholders
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to drive decision-making
Proven leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team
Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysi
