To lead and drive the strategic development and operational excellence of the Centre of Excellence (CoE) in alignment with the Group's business and human capital objectives, while establishing and overseeing best practices, frameworks, and policies across HR performance, talent acquisition, learning and development, reward and performance, as well as HR technology and analytics. This role also involves providing thought leadership and subject matter expertise to build and sustain a high-performance workforce across the Group. వస్తి

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and programs across all CoE domains that support the Group's growth and regional expansion.
  • Lead and design, standardize and deploy Group-wide talent acquisition, learning and rewards frameworks.
  • Drive continuous innovation in HR technology and leverage people analytics for decision-making and workforce insights.
  • Establish governance and compliance mechanisms in all CoE practices and policies.
  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners and subsidiaries to ensure alignment and customization of CoE initiatives.
  • Monitor market trends and best practices to keep the Group HR ahead in terms of competitiveness and innovation.
  • Ensure the CoE team delivers value‑added services, tools, and solutions that elevate employee experience and business performance.
  • Champion cultural and capability transformation through strategic L&D and talent development initiatives.
Qualifications and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration or related field
  • Master's Degree is an added advantage
  • Minimum 15 years of HR experience with at least 5 years in HR leadership roles
  • Proven track record in managing CoEs or strategic HR projects in listed companies or MNCs.
  • HR certifications such as SHRM‑SCP, CIPD or equivalent preferred
  • Certification in Talent, OD or HR Analytics is a plus
