Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in MNC industries, 8 years in high mix and high-volume manufacturing is preferable.
• Willingness to work on 12-hour shifts and solve basic technical issues.
• Good knowledge of mechanical dimensioning & tolerancing analysis and poka-yoke principles is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, maintain and qualify equipment for production.
• Apply lean manufacturing principles to eliminate waste.
• Troubleshoot discrepancies in the manufacturing process.
