Senior Maintenance Automation Technician

What You’ll Do

• To ensure the production machines and equipment’s operate in smooth without major stoppage.
• To be fully responsible on the machine, attending breakdown, upgrading or modification.
• To be proactive, able to troubleshoot problems to prevent loss time or downtime.
• Do daily maintenance and update the checklist.
• Ensure to complete the plan maintenance, preventive maintenance.
• To learn and be competent to troubleshoot PLC systems.
• Assist the production technician during change over.
• Ensure spare parts are available and to highlight to the spare parts technicians on the requirements.
• Responsible to alert the Maintenance Leader, Executive or the Manager of any unusual occurrence and /or damage that have taken place or may occur.
• Responsible to complete all work orders.
• Repairs and maintains machinery such as motors, pumps, belts, and fans.
• Repairs and maintain mechanical equipment, including heating and air conditioning. Diagnose problems. Disassembles units, cleans, lubricates, repairs, and replaces part
• To be hands on, to work as a team and to help other Maintenance on Facilities, Boilers or WWTP as when as needed.
• To ensure full compliance according to KORE and SOP of the company.
• Strictly to compile to the safety rules and standards by CCBM.
• Ensure all PPE are used as requested and informed by CCBM Safety.
• Strictly to follow 5S standards, GMP and to maintain housekeeping at line and workshop.
• To perform any other additional tasks as and when requested by the Executive or Manager.
• Exercise responsible and professional behavior at all times and positively representing the Company.
• Ensure high standards of professional presentation and grooming.
• Be flexible in your job function and perform any other reasonable duties and responsibilities which may be assigned to you, including redeployment to other department/areas if required, in order to meet business demands and guest service needs.
• Respond to changes in the Supply Chain Function as dictated by industry and company.

What You Bring

• Diploma in Mechatronics/Electronics/Electrical/Industrial Engineering preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of experience handling maintenance.
• Able to read electrical or mechanical drawings.
• Experience in process engineering and PID.
