Job description

We are seeking an experienced Senior M&E Site Supervisor to join our team at HMK BINA SDN BHD' in Kepong, Kuala Lumpur. This position is a crucial role within our organisation, responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of our mechanical and electrical (M&E) projects.

Job Role

Supervising and coordinating the activities of the M&E site team to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.

Interpreting and translating technical drawings and specifications into actionable work plans for the site team.

Monitoring the installation, testing and commissioning of all M&E systems and equipment.

Identifying and resolving any technical issues or challenges that arise on site.

Liaising with staff and subcontractors to ensure effective communication and coordination.

Ensuring compliance with all relevant health, safety and environmental regulations.

What We’re Looking For

5 years of experience as an M&E Site Supervisor in construction industry (Building & Infra).

Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical discipline.

Strong knowledge of M&E systems and equipment, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing and fire protection.

Excellent project management, problem‑solving and decision‑making skills.

Exceptional communication and management abilities.

Proven track record of delivering complex M&E projects to a high standard.

Familiarity with relevant industry regulations and safety standards.
