Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of relevant MEP experience for building construction projects.
• Good knowledge of M&E standards and local authority requirements.
• Able to work overtime or weekends when needed.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily M&E works including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection.
• Conduct routine site inspections and ensure timely rectification of defects.
• Prepare and update daily site records including logs and progress reports.
• Verify delivered M&E materials for correct specifications.
• Assist in testing and commissioning of M&E systems before handover.
