Job description
Responsibilities
  • Manage/coordinate entire vehicle delivery plan process/steps from port/factory to dealership.
  • Plan, coordinate, and monitor vehicle movement, delivery schedules, and logistics service providers to ensure timely and cost‑effective delivery.
  • Conduct regular stock counts and maintain vehicle and stockyard condition.
  • Ensure proper vehicle handling, storage, and stockyard maintenance to minimize damage and quality issues.
  • Plan and distribute new vehicle accessories.
  • Propose and improve logistic management SOPs and risk management.
  • Manage, plan and prepare other related tasks such as APs, VTA certificate, VTA stickers, etc.
  • Provide weekly/monthly updates on stock levels, ageing, location, and delivery planning.
  • Handle ad‑hoc projects and reports required by management.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of relevant logistics experience in the automotive industry.
  • Strong understanding of vehicle logistics operations, port handling, PDI processes, and dealer distribution.
  • Experience in managing logistics vendors, transporters, and third‑party service providers.
  • Familiarity with Malaysian automotive regulations, AP procedures, and JPJ/VTA requirements.
