Stay informed on relevant Malaysian laws (e.g., HDA, Strata Management Act), policies, and guidelines, and advise internal teams on compliance matters.

Proactively track approval timelines, follow up on submissions, and resolve any authority-related issues to prevent project delays.

Collaborate closely with project, technical, and legal teams to ensure all documentation and requirements are met.

Offer strategic regulatory advice to management and identify opportunities to streamline operations.
