About the job
  • To manage end-to-end legal aspects of corporate real estate transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, joint ventures, land development agreements, and title due diligence, ensuring compliance with Malaysian land laws and regulatory requirements.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements related to real estate assets, such as leases, tenancy agreements, build-to-suit arrangements, facility management contracts, and vendor/supplier agreements.
  • Provide strategic legal advice to internal stakeholders on real estate development risks, zoning and planning regulations, land use restrictions, and cross-border property considerations, supporting the company’s portfolio growth and operational objectives.
About the requirements
