Job Description

• To conduct teaching and provide academic support, and ensure that programmes are delivered in accordance to the prescribed standard/quality;
• To monitor student report progress in terms of academic performance and attendance;
• To offer counselling to students, and provide pastoral care;
• To participate in professional forums, seminars, and training to keep abreast with technological developments and market demands;
• To carry out and supervise research and scholarly work in the specific discipline, and involve in scholastic publication;
• Good in applying different teaching pedagogies to meet student needs; and
• To perform any other academic-related tasks, or duties assigned by the Company.

Job Requirements

• Possess a recognised Doctorate (PhD or DBA) in respective professional area;
• Possess 5 - 8 years of relevant teaching experience in similar role, with experience in Management roles, i.e. module coordinator, lead tutor, chairperson in programme development committee, programme leader, etc;
• Active in scholarly research with H-index of 10;
• Ability to use common software applications including Microsoft Office, Google Docs, etc;
• Pleasant and mature personality with good command of English Language and Bahasa Malaysia;
• Willing to work in BATU KAWAN.
