Job Responsibilities
- Design and develop comprehensive learning programs, including e-learning modules, instructor-led training, and blended learning experiences
- Conduct needs assessments to identify skill gaps and learning opportunities within the organization
- Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to create engaging and effective learning content
- Implement and manage learning management systems (LMS) and other educational technologies
- Evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs and make data-driven recommendations for improvement
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in learning and development
- Mentor and guide junior learning specialists in the team
- Develop and maintain relationships with external training vendors and partners
- Create and manage training budgets and resources
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and internal policies in all learning initiatives
