Job summary

A manufacturing company in Malaysia seeks a dedicated Training & Development Executive to manage training activities and support employee development. The successful candidate will conduct Training Needs Analysis, coordinate training programs, and manage HRDF/HRD Corp administration. Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a learning or development or training role, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
  • Strong understanding of Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and training coordination.
  • Experience handling HRDF/HRD Corp grants and claims.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct and manage the annual Training Needs Analysis for all departments.
  • Coordinate and execute approved training programs according to the yearly training plan.
  • Manage HRDC administration including grant applications and claims submission.
  • Collaborate with business units to identify learning needs through skill gap analysis.
