We have vacancies for an experienced Laravel Developer to help us maintain and actively build features for our AI-powered SaaS platform used by software teams to move faster without compromising quality.

This is not a “wait for tickets and code” role. You’ll be hands-on, expected to think, question, and solve problems—often under tight timelines.

What You’ll Do

• Maintain and enhance a Laravel-based SaaS platform in production
• Design and implement new features, including features powered by Generative AI
• Work directly with AI prompts to ensure consistent, accurate, and usable outputs
• Improve prompt logic, structure, and constraints to reduce hallucination and improve reliability
• Collaborate with product and QA teams to turn requirements into working, scalable solutions
• Debug production issues and solve problems at the root, not just patch them
• Improve performance, security, and maintainability of the platform
• Work in a high-pace environment where priorities may shift and speed matters

What We’re Looking For

• Strong hands-on experience with Laravel (4+ years)
• Proven experience working on products that use Generative AI as part of their features
• Comfortable designing, testing, and refining prompts for real product use (not just experimentation)
• Solid understanding of REST APIs, backend architecture, and database design
• Experience with MySQL / PostgreSQL
• Able to maintain and evolve live production systems
• Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently
• Comfortable working onsite and collaborating closely with the team

Bonus Points (Nice to Have)

• Experience with SaaS platforms
• Familiarity with AI-powered features or integrations
• Knowledge of Docker, CI/CD, or cloud deployments
• Frontend experience (Vue / React / Livewire)
• Background working with startups or high-growth products
