Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in Learning & Development or HR roles.
• Experience in manufacturing or ISO-certified environments is an advantage.
• High level of professionalism and ability to manage confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Conduct structured training needs assessments.
• Design and coordinate training programs.
• Maintain accurate training records and documentation.
• Manage HRDF grant applications and claims.
• Support compliance with ISO training requirements.
