Job summary

A leading global food and beverage company in Malaysia seeks a Customer Manager. The role demands expertise in sales and account management, with a focus on developing strategic plans to drive business relationships and sales targets. Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree and approximately 6 years of relevant experience in commercial settings. Qualifications

  • Minimum 6 years of commercial experience, preferably with good knowledge of Nestlé, retailing and retail customers.
  • Experience with CDT background will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, agree and implement the annual account development plan / JBP for required categories.
  • Sell range of Nestlé products to designated account to meet sales and profit targets.
  • Drive business relationship with account, understand customers’ business.
  • Maintain close contact with necessary personnel within customer and Nestlé.
