Qualifications

• 18 – 20 years' experience in IT Operations Management and new rollouts.
• Hands-on experience in IT operations in a similar industry.
• Ability to guide team and resolve issues within the same day.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage IT operations for Kelidang project offices.
• Install, configure, document and maintain PCs and other end-user equipment.
• Ensure all departmental policies and procedures are followed.
• Conduct training and support for end-user community.
• Maintain communication with functional managers to resolve issues.
