Qualifications

• 3-5 years hands-on IT experience.
• Strong experience with Windows, macOS, and Linux (deployment, patching, firewalls).
• Familiarity with DLP, endpoint/asset management, and MDM platforms.

Responsibilities

• Handle Tier-1 through Tier-3 technical requests across desktop, network, and server infrastructure.
• Design and implement network solutions; manage helpdesk ticketing.
• Drive automation for system monitoring, security updates, and repetitive tasks.
