Senior IT Executive (ERP & Infrastructure)

System Administration: Lead the administration, maintenance, and functional support of Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 and Oracle NetSuite.

Optimization: Analyze existing business processes and customize ERP modules, workflows, and features to improve operational efficiency.

Integration: Develop and maintain integrations between the ERP and third‑party systems or web services.

User Support: Provide Level 2 functional support, troubleshoot complex user issues, and conduct regular training sessions.

Database & Data Management

SQL Administration: Manage and maintain MS SQL Server environments, ensuring data integrity, security, and regular backups.

Querying & Reporting: Create complex SQL scripts, stored procedures, and triggers for data extraction, custom reporting, and dashboard development.

Data Integrity: Monitor system logs and perform regular audits to detect and resolve data inconsistencies.

Business Computing & Infrastructure

Hardware/Software Lifecycle: Oversee the procurement, installation, and configuration of workstations, laptops, servers, and office peripherals (printers, door access, etc.).

Network Management: Configure and manage LAN/WAN, Wi‑Fi, firewalls (e.g., Fortinet, Sophos), and VPN connections to ensure stable connectivity.

Troubleshooting: Serve as the primary point of contact for resolving complex hardware failures and software bugs.

Security: Implement and monitor data safeguards, access controls, and cybersecurity best practices to prevent unauthorized access.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.

Minimum 5 years of experience in an IT management or ERP‑focused role.

Proven hands‑on experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 (including X++ or SSRS reporting).

Experience with Oracle NetSuite (SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, or SuiteBuilder).

Deep proficiency in MS SQL Server, including database design and advanced T‑SQL.

Solid understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and firewall management.

Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities; must be able to translate technical concepts for non‑technical stakeholders.

Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., Microsoft 365, Azure, or AWS).
