• Governance & Compliance: Set and enforce IT policies, SOPs, and compliance standards while guiding the IT Executive on best practices.

• Cybersecurity & Data Protection: Oversee access control, backups, logs, and data security to protect the organization.
• Vendor & Team Oversight: Manage IT vendors and mentor the IT Executive to ensure high-quality internal support.
