Job description

Lead conceptual design development, including 3D perspective drawings, presentations, and space planning to create innovative interior solutions.

Prepare detailed 2D and 3D drawings for submission, fabrication, and installation processes.

Conduct site visits as necessary to oversee project implementation and ensure design accuracy.

Develop comprehensive technical drawings covering preliminary concepts, tender documents, construction details, shop drawings, and as-built documentation.

Create material sample boards and compile relevant documents for approval submissions.

Collaborate closely with the project team and assist in project coordination to ensure timely delivery and quality standards.

Monitor and coordinate project progress from inception to completion in conjunction with the Project Manager, ensuring adherence to timelines and specifications.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Possess a Diploma, Advanced Diploma, or Degree in Interior Design or related field.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in interior design or interior architecture.
• Proficiency in interior design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max, Enscape, or similar tools.
• Strong ability to work independently, demonstrate self‑motivation, and manage multiple project tasks efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both spoken and written.
• Possession of own transport is mandatory for site visits and meetings.
