Your Role

• Concept, design & Ideas
• Highly creative person with excellent design flair yet equally strong in technical knowledge, able demonstrate and innovate contemporary design solutions.
• Wide exposure in working on a variety of project types which includes large Corporate Offices, Healthcare (Hospitals), F&B and Retail projects. Similarly, you must also be comfortable in working on smaller intimate projects like Residential which requires a lot of attention.
• Able to conceptualize, lead and direct a team of designers
• Also Independently develops quality 2D/3D perspectives, ‘eye popping’ design proposals and displays creativity in 3D renderings.
• Owns a strong portfolio of highly creative projects completed that exhibits design/projects complexity
• Technical drawings, detailing (for Loose furniture, customized furniture, fit-outs, etc),shop drawings and as-built drawing will be a plus point.
• Site Supervision
• Responsible for giving solutions on site if problem arises, to ensure smooth process of Fit-Out coordination works with contractors, sub-cons and consultants.
• At least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Interior Designing.
• Previous working experience in a Interior firm only.
• Must have driving license and possess own transport (car).
• Have a forward-looking and strategic mind.
• Meticulous in forcing high standards of design work.
• At least 5 years’ experience.
• Must have skills: SKETCH UP, V RAY, LUMION, CAD and COOHOME Software skills will be added advantage
