Role Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Integrity & Interventions Engineer to join our dynamic Drilling & Wells team at TotalEnergies EP Malaysia. This role is instrumental in well integrity monitoring & reporting and well intervention design & execution to ensure assets integrity and regulatory compliance.

Activities

Your Impact

  • Work with Field Operations to ensure well integrity is monitored and reported as required.
  • Ensure compliance with PETRONAS and TotalEnergies standards, including HSE and well integrity requirements.
  • Lead the engineering design and execution of well interventions, including periods offshore as required.
  • Coordinate with subsurface, field operations, and offshore supervisors to ensure seamless execution/problem solving.
  • Prepare intervention programs, equipment readiness, and regulatory submissions.
  • Monitor performance, manage deviations, and lead lessons learned and optimization initiatives.
  • Support tendering and contract management for interventions and completions related services.
  • Liaise with HQ for internal integrity reporting requirements.
Candidate Profile

What We Are Looking For

  • A degree in Engineering (Bachelor's or Master's) or equivalent.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in well integrity management and well interventions in offshore operations.
  • Strong knowledge of well design, WIMS, completions & intervention equipment and rigless operations.
  • Familiarity with PETRONAS procedures and regulatory requirements.
  • Proficiency in completions engineering software and performance tracking tools.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
  • Valid IWCF Level 4 Well Intervention Pressure Control.
  • Valid offshore medical and FOET + CA-EBS.
  • Valid competence certifications as per CR EP FP 121.
