Job summary

A leading digital marketing firm in Malaysia is seeking an experienced professional for an influencer marketing role. You will develop creative content ideas, conduct product briefings, and collaborate with KOLs/KOCs/Influencers. The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of experience in influencer marketing, strong communication skills, and proficiency in Mandarin. This position plays a key role in analyzing social media trends and campaign performance to ensure brand consistency and quality.

Develop creative content ideas and directions that align with our brand identity and product positioning.

Identify suitable KOLs/KOCs/Influencers to collaborate with for various product campaigns and contents.

Conduct product briefings and communicate the objectives, content guidelines, and brand direction clearly.

Review and provide feedback on content drafts from KOLs/KOCs/Influencers to ensure brand consistency and quality.

Monitor and analyze content/campaign performance - track engagement, exposure, and key statistics to evaluate effectiveness and identify top-performing content or collaborators.

Stay up to date with the latest beauty and skincare trends on social media.

Work closely with the KOL sourcing team to ensure consistent messaging across all touchpoints.

Oversees the KOLs/KOCs/Influencers and social media trends and marketing ideation for Taiwan market.

Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in influencer marketing, KOL management, or content marketing (preferably in beauty, skincare, or FMCG industry).
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, current trends and KOL/KOC/Influencers in Taiwan (Instagram/Threads).
  • Experience working or studying in Taiwan OR have deep understanding on Taiwan market.
  • Excellent communication skills to deal with influencers and partners.
  • Creative mindset with a good eye for engaging and trendy content.
  • Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable improvements.
  • Proficiency (Read, Write and Speak) in Mandarin is a must due to the need to support markets like Taiwan.
