Job description

Responsibilities

• Analyze and improve manufacturing processes to increase efficiency and productivity.
• Conduct time and motion studies to optimize work methods and reduce waste.
• Design and layout production facilities to maximize space utilization and workflow.
• Utilize statistical analysis and data modeling techniques to identify areas for process improvement.
• Perform capacity planning and resource allocation to meet production targets.
• Conduct ergonomic evaluations to ensure a safe and comfortable work environment.
• Manage production schedules and coordinate services to maximize productivity.
• Evaluate employees’ tasks and responsibilities, identifying procedures or tools to improve productivity.
• Collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to identify areas for improvement and track the effectiveness of implemented changes.
• Work cross-functionally with multiple groups including production, engineering, quality and supply chain to identify and resolve issues.
• Summarize complex problems, develop actions to address them, and build consensus across teams to drive for solutions.
• Manage projects, budgets, and resources.

Job Requirements

• Knowledge of manufacturing processes, production planning and quality control
• Knowledge of IE tools like time study, process balancing, Capacity and Headcount modeling
• Lean Manufacturing and Lean tools
• Ability to analyze complex data, identify problems, and develop effective solutions.
