Company Background

We are representing a well-known client in the hospitality industry, looking for Senior / Income Audit Executive to be based in Sungai Long, Kajang.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and verify daily revenue reports, ensuring accuracy in financial transactions.
• Audit night audit reports, food & beverage revenue, and other income sources.
• Reconcile sales records with payment advice to ensure proper collection.
• Monitor rate variances and ensure correct pricing is applied.
• Audit cash transactions, credit card payments, and city ledger transfers.
• Investigate discrepancies and report findings to management.
• Conduct periodic spot audits on rooms and outlets to verify revenue postings.
• Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.
• Prepare and distribute financial reports for management review.
• Assist in month-end closing procedures related to revenue reconciliation.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Hotel Management preferred.
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in income auditing or finance within a hotel/resort.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in financial software and hotel management systems (e.g., Opera, Micros, IDB Systems).
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Able to work in Sungai Long, Kajang.
