Job summary

A leading engineering firm in Kuching is seeking experienced Engineers for development and process management roles. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s or higher degree in an Engineering discipline and over 3 years in semiconductor engineering. Responsibilities include developing process recipes, managing yield improvements, and coordinating evaluations of new technologies. This role is critical in achieving production success within the module development and manufacturing areas.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in semiconductor engineering.
• Technical expertise to handle routine and non-routine matters.

Responsibilities

• Participate in development projects and set up process recipes.
• Oversee yield improvement activities.
• Coordinate new process evaluations and discussions.

Skills

Experience with AMAT VIISTAs & Purion Xe Ion Implanters

Knowledge with CMOS processes

Ability to communicate between teams

Problem-solving skills

Education

Bachelor Science/Degree/Masters/Ph.D. in Engineering
