Job description
Senior Human Resources & Administration Executive

Responsible for full spectrum of Human Resources functions including manpower planning, recruitment, orientations, letters & memos, training & development, compensation & benefits, performance appraisal & disciplinary matters

Responsible for payroll processing including overtime, commission, allowances, yearly bonus, increment, EA forms preparation and ensure all payments & deductions are in compliance to the statutory requirements and submitted by due date

To develop and implement all HR & admin for policies & procedures, planning and coordinating administrative procedures and systems and devising ways to streamline processes.

To Manage manpower planning and work closely with department heads on hiring needs

Continually educate employees on company policies and keep employee handbook current and handle employee disciplinary matters, grievances, and conflict resolution

Preparing & submitting all relevant HR letters/documents/certificates as per the requirement of employee in consultation with the management.

Maintain the human resources records by recording new hires, transfers, terminations, changes in job classifications, merit increases, tracking vacation, sick and leave application.

Prepare HR reports and provide HR advisory support to management & work with the Management to strategically plan HR initiatives that will benefit company and encourage more efficient and beneficial work from employees.

Administer compensation & benefits, payroll coordination, and statutory compliance (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB)

Plan and execute training & development programs, including HRDF claims where applicable

Initiate and implement any necessary changes to help boost worker productivity (better assessment processes, incentive programs etc.)

Responsible for daily general administration (including buildings), office or equipment maintenance and others office support activities.

Maintain office supply levels, reorder when appropriate & monitor the purchasing of new material with attention to budgetary constraints and tracking of petrol cards/ company phone line/touchNgo etc. spending.

Responsible for requesting quotation for all administration works, sourcing of suppliers and liaise with suppliers/ vendors on quotation. To maintain strong relationships with vendors and keep price data in order to get best pricing on supplies & services.

Responsible for arranging company events and meetings & minutes.

Perform other ad-hoc tasks pertaining as and when required by the Management.

Job Requirements

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree graduate or equivalent

Proficient in both written and verbal CHINESE, ENGLISH and MALAY.

Minimum 5–8 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a senior executive role & above.

Well versed with Malaysia Employment Act and its practices, Industrial Relation Act & Statutory

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills

Able to handle confidential matters professionally and independently
