The ideal candidate will have expertise across all HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, labor law compliance, and performance management. We are seeking an experienced Senior HR Specialist with a strong command of Chinese (Mandarin) to join our team remotely. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise across all HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, HR compliance, compensation and benefits, labor law, and performance management. This role requires a strategic thinker who can also operate hands-on in day-to-day HR operations.
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Manage end-to-end recruitment process for global and local positions.
Develop sourcing strategies and conduct interviews in both Chinese and English.
Maintain relationships with recruitment agencies and platforms.
Labor Law & Compliance
Ensure full compliance with local and international labor laws and regulations.
Maintain and update HR policies, employee handbook, and contracts in line with legal requirements.
HR Operations
Oversee employee lifecycle processes: onboarding, offboarding, transfers, etc.
Administer HR systems and maintain employee records.
Employee Relations
Handle employee issues and grievances professionally and in compliance with legal standards.
Support performance management and disciplinary procedures.
Compensation & Benefits
Assist in developing compensation structures and benefit programs.
Work with finance and payroll teams to ensure accurate and timely payments.
Strategic HR Support
Partner with leadership to align HR strategy with business goals.
Provide coaching and support to managers on HR best practices.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred).
Minimum 5–7 years of HR experience, including recruitment and labor law compliance.
Fluency in Mandarin Chinese and English (written and verbal).
Strong knowledge of international and Chinese labor laws.
Experience working in a remote, multicultural environment.
Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
Strong organizational and decision‑making ability.
