A leading company in retail and consumer products is seeking a Senior Executive for Human Resources in Kuala Lumpur. The role involves overseeing monthly payroll processing, ensuring compliance with statutory regulations, and managing HR functions such as recruitment and performance reviews. Candidates should possess a minimum diploma or bachelor's degree in Human Resources, at least 3 years of HR experience, and excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Experience with the Orisoft system is a plus.

Responsible for timely monthly processing of salaries for employees
Ensure accurate, timely payments and compliance with all monthly and yearly statutory requirements (EPF, SOCSO, Income Tax)
Review, analyse and verify payroll reports to ensure accuracy
Prepare relevant statutory letters for payroll administration purpose
Liaison person with the relevant government authorities such as EPF, SOCSO, LHDN, DOSH and etc.
ADMINISTRATIVE
Responsible in administration and execution of HR functions including Recruitment & Selection, Compensation & Benefits and Performance Review.
To develop, maintain, implement, communicate and administer the Company’s human resources policies.
Review, update, maintain and proper filing of employee records, personal files, HR-related documentations, policies and procedures.
To prepare letter of Appointment/ Confirmation/ Salary Revision/ Warning Letter and etc
To provide supports in ISO 9001 and assist in the implementation of HR Quality Procedure.
Maintain a proper document & data control system according to ISO 9001 requirements.
Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management or related discipline.
Minimum 3 years experience as a HR generalist with comprehensive knowledge and hands-on experience in handling HR core functions namely, recruitment and hiring, performance management, compensation and benefits, training and development, and payroll.
Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia. Able to speak Mandarin will be an added advantage.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels of the organization.
Excellent problem solving skills, detail-oriented, and independent.
Experienced in using Orisoft system will be an added advantage.
