Job summary

A leading energy company in Kuala Lumpur seeks an experienced HR professional to manage HR operations, including payroll administration and expatriate services. The ideal candidate will have a degree in human resources or business administration and at least 3 years of generalist HR experience. Responsibilities include managing employee lifecycle activities, ensuring accurate payroll processing, supporting recruitment, and coordinating training programs. Ideal skills include strong payroll knowledge and proficiency in HR tools.

Qualifications

  • 3 years HR generalist experience with strong payroll and expatriate services exposure.
  • Experience with payroll systems, preferably HR2eazy.

Responsibilities

  • Manage full spectrum of HR functions including onboarding, transfers, promotions, and terminations.
  • Prepare, process, and validate monthly payroll.
  • Ensure accurate calculation of allowances, overtime, claims, and deductions.
  • Handle immigration documentation for expatriates.
  • Track attendance, leave balances, and medical claims.
  • Support recruitment activities and documentation.
  • Coordinate internal and external training programs.

Skills

Strong payroll knowledge for all types of employees
Proficient in HR2eazy, Microsoft Office, and HR systems
High integrity, professionalism, and discretion
Good interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and manage deadlines

Education

Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field
