We are currently hiring for several HR positions across Performance Management System (PMS) and Compliance, from Senior Associate to Supervisor levels. Interested candidates are invited to submit their resumes to us.

Job Responsibilities
Performance Management System (PMS) - Senior Associate / Supervisor

Champion the organization’s performance management framework to support continuous improvement and ensure alignment with business objectives.

Manage and coordinate the full cycle of the Performance Management System (PMS) for all employees, including goal setting, mid-year reviews, annual appraisals, and performance calibration.

Provide guidance to business leaders on setting KPIs, conducting reviews, and executing Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs).

Drive a performance-based culture through strategic initiatives and process enhancements.

Ensure PMS processes are applied consistently and fairly across both direct labor (production/workshop staff) and indirect labor (administrative, support, and managerial staff).

Provide coaching and training to line managers and supervisors on performance evaluation techniques, appraisal documentation, and feedback delivery.

Collaborate with department heads to set clear performance objectives aligned with business goals.

Monitor and analyze performance data, generate reports, and identify trends to support talent management decisions.

Lead performance improvement initiatives and follow up on related issues including coaching, counseling, and corrective actions.

Maintain confidentiality and integrity of all employee performance records and documentation.

Support integration of PMS with other HR functions such as training & development, rewards, and succession planning.

Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and HR best practices in performance management.

Facilitate performance-related communication and workshops to promote a culture of continuous feedback and development.

Compliance - Senior Associate

Lead and manage all HR-related audits, including internal, ISO, and social compliance audits, ensuring full adherence to legal and regulatory requirements.

Continuously improve HR processes, documentation, and governance to maintain audit readiness at all times.

Develop, review, and implement HR policies to ensure compliance with company standards, labor laws, and industry best practices.

Ensure all HR policies and procedures align with legal requirements, company values, and industry best practices.

Conduct policy briefings and communicate HR policies effectively across all levels of the organization to ensure understanding and compliance.

Stay informed on changes in labor legislation and HR regulations, providing guidance to management on necessary policy updates or compliance actions.

Plan, coordinate, and execute employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive, collaborative, and motivating workplace environment.

Collaborate closely with other HR functions and other relevant teams to ensure all employee-related actions, movements, and resolutions are consistent with employment terms and conditions.

Job Requirements

  • Diploma/Degree in HR, Business, Psychology or related fields.
  • 2–3 years HR experience (Associate); 4–8 years (Senior / Supervisor).
