Senior HR and Admin Executive (Johor Jaya / Taman Molek)
EHA Eldercare Group Sdn Bhd – Johor Bahru, Johor
Responsible for managing day-to-day human resources operations, with a strong focus on recruitment, payroll, employee administration, and compliance. This role supports management in building a structured, compliant, and people-centric workplace while ensuring smooth HR operations as the company grows.
Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Staffing
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including job advertising, candidate sourcing, screening. Interviewing the candidates independently or with Branch Managers (As and when required)
- Support onboarding activities to ensure new hires integrate smoothly into the organization.
2. Employee Administration
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
- Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes, including documentation, orientation, and clearance procedures.
- Work closely with Branch Managers to handle or resolve the employee HR-related matters.
3. Payroll & Benefits Administration
- Manage end-to-end monthly payroll processing, including wages, overtime, allowances, deductions, and bonuses.
- Maintain and update payroll records in the HR/payroll system.
- Generate payroll reports, including monthly summaries and statutory submissions.
- Handle payroll-related enquiries and resolve discrepancies promptly and accurately.
- Administer employee benefits such as leave, medical entitlements, insurance, and statutory contributions. Process and verify employee expense and medical claims in accordance with company policies.
4. Compliance, Licensing & Audit Support
- Assist in preparation of documentation for licensing, audits, and certifications.
- Work closely with relevant departments to ensure HR-related compliance requirements are met.
5. HR Operations & Management Support
- Support management on ad-hoc HR and admin tasks, initiatives, and process improvements.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures as the company grows.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an HR Generalist, Senior HR / Payroll Executive, or similar role.
- Strong hands-on experience in recruitment and payroll processing.
- Good knowledge of Malaysian employment practices and statutory requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and handle confidential information with discretion.
- Willing to travel within Johor Bahru is an added advantage.
