rhi is looking for an Senior HR Advisor to provide business-facing consultation and HR advice to individual line managers. The role involves facilitating the resolution of everyday queries and coaching to drive engagement, pre-empting and resolving inquiries on policy and informal ER cases.

Duration: 12‑month contract role – Full time

Release date: Feb 2026

Location: Kuala Lumpur – Working arrangement hybrid (60/40)

The role: As Senior Advisor you will use data to coach line managers, ensuring they are supported throughout all people‑management activities; deliver reliable, compliant, and secure P&C operations in support of the business аек. You will act as the first point of contact for line managers for people‑management queries, advising on policies and processes, and ensuring a positive experience by prioritizing and seeking guidance on tickets using Salesforce.

About you:

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Business Administration, Human Resources, or another relevant field.
• A minimum of 3 years in a similar senior HR role.
• Experience with Salesforce (not essential).
• Proven capability and experience in delivering talent management, ER, and effective partnering that links value to business resultshuma.
• Comfortable entering a 12‑month contract role (may be extended, no guarantee).
• Monthly rate of between 7,500–8,000 MYR is suitable.
