Scope of Work

Record and post daily financial transactions accurately into the accounting system.

Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

Perform bank reconciliations, supplier reconciliations, and general ledger reviews.

Handle full cycle of accounts payable and accounts receivable.

Assist in preparation and submission of SST filings and e-Invoicing compliance.

In charge in monthly owner income report and bulk payment for utilities.

Requirements

Diploma in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.

0~2 years of experience, Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Familiar with accounting software (preferably SQL Accounting System) and proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.

Basic understanding of accounting principles and general office administration.

Strong organizational skills, high attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks.

Good communication skills and able to work independently with minimum supervision.

Cashflow forecasting and financial analysis ability is a plus, but not a must.

Required language(s): Fluent in spoken and written English and Mandarin
*We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients and suppliers.
