Job description

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise nursing and clinical support staff
• Ensure compliance with clinical SOPs, infection control, and patient safety standards
• Coordinate patient flow, triage support, and treatment preparation
• Oversee medication handling, stock control, and equipment readiness
• Assist doctors during procedures, emergencies, and daily clinical workflows
• Conduct staff training, onboarding, and competency assessments
• Monitor quality indicators and drive continuous improvement initiatives
• Ensure accurate documentation and regulatory compliance

Job Requirements

• Registered Nurse with a valid LJM license
• Minimum 3–5 years of clinical experience (clinic or hospital setting preferred)
• Prior supervisory or leadership experience is an added advantage
• Strong knowledge of clinical SOPs, infection control, and patient safety
• Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and English (Mandarin is an added advantage)
• Strong leadership, organizational, and people management skills
• Willing to work shifts and extended hours when required
• Mature, responsible, and capable of making operational decisions
