Qualifications

• Min 5 years’ experience in related field.
• Logistics background and experience with Shipping is a plus.
• Willing to work long hours and able to work under pressure in a fast moving environment.

Responsibilities

• Attend internal and external meetings to resolve issues.
• Provide comprehensive internal training for the team members.
• Manage and investigate customer complaints and feedback.
• Prepare daily movement report.
